In addition to this website, we offer the Jenna Sue Design Advisor (the “Advisor”), an AI-powered interior design chat tool. This section describes the information we collect and how we use it when you use the Advisor. Where this section addresses the Advisor specifically, it applies in addition to the rest of this Privacy Policy.
Information we collect through the Advisor
- Email address. We ask for your email address to give you access to the Advisor and to identify your account.
- Your conversations. We store the messages you send to the Advisor and the responses it provides, so your conversations are saved and you can return to them.
- Photos you upload. If you share photos of your space, we store those images as part of your conversation.
- Project summaries. So the Advisor can pick up where you left off, we create and store a short summary of your projects and preferences based on your past conversations.
- Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number; we receive limited billing information such as your subscription status.
- Time zone and basic technical information. Your device’s time zone is sent with your requests so the Advisor can reference the correct local time, and our hosting provider may log basic technical data such as approximate location, browser type, and access times.
How we use this information
We use it to operate the Advisor and your account, generate design responses, save and personalize your conversations, process subscriptions, review conversations and photos to improve the Advisor, and communicate with you about your account.
How we share this information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with trusted service providers who make the Advisor work, including Anthropic (which provides the AI model that generates responses; your conversations and uploaded photos are sent to it for this purpose), our hosting provider, Stripe (for payments), and Amazon and affiliate networks such as Impact (to find and link to products). These providers may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also share information for legal reasons or in connection with a business transfer, as described elsewhere in this policy.
Marketing emails
When you sign up for the Advisor, you may choose to opt in to receive design tips and updates from Jenna Sue Design. We will add you to our marketing email list only if you affirmatively opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
Affiliate links
The Advisor recommends real products and may provide affiliate links to retailers such as Amazon and others. We may earn a commission if you purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete a conversation, it is hidden from your view immediately and permanently deleted from our systems within approximately 30 days. You can request deletion of your account and associated information at any time by contacting us at privacy[at]jennasuedesign.com.
