Fall Stem Roundup: Best of 2026

September 1, 2026 | By Jenna Sue Favorite Finds, Seasonal

September is here, and with it comes a fresh batch of fall stems! This is always one of my favorite roundups of the year, as it gives me a reason to slow down and capture the beauty that comes with the changing season.

We’re spoiled for choice this year, so I did the digging to narrow down the most realistic, top rated, and budget-friendly fall stems I could find. The roundup now includes more than 50 handpicked options, from dried branches and berry stems to romantic silk flowers, in every autumn shade under the sun.

8 bundles of dried rice stems (I bought four 2-packs)—still the best deal around at under $2 per stem!

Below you’ll find best-selling favorites from years past, plus many new arrivals you haven’t seen before. I’ve also included a roundup of versatile vases in every size. Keep in mind these stems can sell out quickly and are often discontinued for the next year, so don’t wait if you find something you love!

Let’s start with a handful of my personal favorites, and how I styled them in our home. First up, the viral dusty mauve berry stems that I arranged on our mantel for my spring stem roundup, but they’re honestly just as perfect for fall.

Over the last few months, dozens of similar versions in several colors have popped up on Amazon. I was curious to see how they compared, so I ordered two sets of these brown berry stems (three for the price of one at Afloral!) They aren’t quite as full, but the quality is similar and I think they’re just as gorgeous.

These realistic white peonies were another favorite from my spring stem roundup, and I recently found a similar version in the prettiest autumn tones.

These dried oak leaf branches were a bit of a gamble, but they ended up being even better than I expected. A quick steam makes them look incredibly realistic, and they even have that crisp, crunchy feel of real dried leaves. One set of three is enough to create a large, full arrangement.

These burgundy eucalyptus stems were a find from last year, and I love the deep plum-black shade. In a dark vase, they take on a moodier look that works especially well for Halloween.

If you love a bolder fall color, these oversized branches bring the fall drama without breaking the bank at under $7/ea (also available as a set of 5 here for under $6 per stem).

Small, delicate florals are trending right now, and often have a more realistic appearance than larger stems and flowers. I love these burgundy baby’s breath in a smaller vase for bathroom counters and bedroom nightstands.

The coloring of these Nandia stems is gorgeous, and their large size makes them ideal for making a statement on spaces like a dining table, kitchen island or entryway.

These huge 48″ grape ivy branches have been a favorite over the past few years, and still one of the most lifelike I’ve seen. I styled four in this terracotta floor vase.

I know you’ve seen these viral plum cimicifuga stems from Afloral—years later and they’re still hard to beat (& they’re currently on sale!). I used six in the vase below, but 2-3 also look great for a more minimalist arrangement (psst, you can also find dozens of nearly identical versions all over Amazon!)

Magnolia leaves are a seasonal classic that never go out of style. I’ve had these stems for years and love pulling them out around Thanksgiving—they look and feel so real!
