It’s no secret that I have a love affair with curves and arches—you can find them in every room at the Hacienda Hideaway. From building arched walls and doorways to using arched mirrors, this simple architectural feature is a favorite way to bring a soft and elevated feel to a space.
When sourcing mirrors for each room in this house, I had specific criteria (size, finish, price) and bookmarked my favorites that fit the bill. Over the last two years, I’ve bought six different arched mirrors for various rooms (plus one DIY arched mirror) and saved many more for future reference. I’m never one to gate keep, so today I’m sharing all of my finds with you.
My motto is: every room in a house needs a mirror—even better if it’s arched 😉
The sheer amount of mirrors available online can be overwhelming, so I’ve narrowed down my favorites by size and use: Oversized Floor Mirrors and Vanity Mirrors (also used for mantels, entryways, above dressers, etc).
I’m trying out a new format to make it easier to shop—let me know how you like it? These lists include the mirrors I’ve bought, and I’ve made a note underneath each with the size. You can hover to see the price, and many are on sale right now!
Vanity Mirrors
Standard size floor mirrors (under 30″ wide) are a dime a dozen, and unless used in a narrow space, are too small as a standalone mirror. Scale is extremely important, and the most common mistake people make when decorating.
Below, I’ve sourced my favorite arched floor mirrors (both wall mounted and freestanding) in a variety of sizes to proportionately fit any wall.
Want to really elevate a space? Go big (at least 40″ wide), and get the added benefit of reflecting more light and making the room feel larger. This is one of the best ways to fill an empty wall!
Oversized Floor Mirrors
If you found this post helpful, make sure to bookmark or Pin it for future reference! I’ll be updating these lists as I come across new favorites, and referring back to it myself anytime I need a mirror. If you know of any other good ones I should add, feel free to drop a link in the comments!

Love this format. It is very useful! Our mantle is high so the space above the fireplace is relatively low and quite wide. Do you have any suggestions for “landscape” arched mirrors?

I’m glad you like it, Kim! That would depend on the size you need, but here’s a couple wider mantel mirrors:

I like searching on Wayfair for specific sizes because you can enter height/width parameters. Hope this helps!

Awesome post — appreciate the many options. I had to laugh, though, because I was imaging my husband’s face when he sees that he will have to put wall anchors in to hold these big mirrors. Bless his heart.

Haha, wall anchors are always a must! Get the self-drilling anchors, easy peasy!
